I have a new product in stock, they arrived yesterday, the “Boina Pirineos” peaked beret.  So what is it?  well, it’s a beret but it has a bill, like a stoker cap; although the Pirineos does not unsnap like a stoker cap.

I have two sizes:  medium and large.  I have a big Norwegian/English head, just over 7 3/4 (62cm) head and I found the large to fit but it not very comfortable.  I needed more cap above the headband area I guess I have a tall head.  So I won’t be wearing one of these but if you have a smaller head I think you will find it a very comfortable hat.  It has a nice elastic headband, has a neat little metal Elosegui logo sewn on the left side, and of course made from the finest wool; black only.  If you are not familiar with Elosegui they are the makers of the finest Basque Berets, made in Tolosa, Spain by this small family company, now in their 150th year!  It’s the only brand of beret I sell simply because I consider their berets the best.

You can  place your order here.
